What’s included in the all-inclusive rate?

All meals at buffet and select restaurants, domestic and international drinks, non-motorized water sports, water park access, pools, beach, entertainment, fitness center, kids club, and WiFi.

What’s NOT included?

Spa treatments, motorized water sports, golf (except Connoisseur+ members), excursions, premium dining surcharges (Explorer tier), room service delivery fee (Explorer tier), and gift shop purchases.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. Cove Club members receive priority.

Is there a dress code?

Resort casual throughout the day. Evening dining at à la carte restaurants requires smart casual attire (no swimwear, cover-ups, or tank tops). No shoes, no shirt, no problem at beach bars.

Do you have WiFi?

Complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the resort, including rooms, pools, beach, and public areas.

Is the resort family-friendly?

Absolutely. We have a kids club (ages 4-12), teen zone (13-17), family pool, water park, and family-sized accommodations. We also have adults-only areas for those seeking peace and quiet.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the all-inclusive areas. Exceptions are made for medical dietary needs and baby formula/food.

What currency is used?

US Dollars and Mexican Pesos are accepted. Credit cards are accepted everywhere. ATM available in the lobby.
