Your Stay

You’ll enjoy a full all-inclusive vacation. Same rooms, same restaurants, same pools, same beach, same entertainment as every other guest. The only difference? You got here at a fraction of the price.

The Club Overview

During your stay, we’ll invite you to a 60-minute overview of The Cove Club — our membership program. Here’s what that looks like:

• When: Usually day 2 or 3 of your stay, at a time you choose
• Duration: 60 minutes. Not 90. Not 120. Not “until you say yes.” Sixty minutes.
• Where: The Cove Club lounge — comfortable seating, refreshments, ocean view
• What: A membership advisor will explain the program, the tiers, the pricing, and the benefits
• After: You’ll be invited to join. If you want to, great. If not, you shake hands and go back to the pool.

What We Won’t Do

• No high-pressure tactics
• No “let me get my manager” escalation loops
• No guilt trips
• No bait-and-switch on pricing
• No penalty for saying no
• No follow-up harassment after your trip
