Listing Requirements

• Must be a Voyager or Connoisseur member (Explorer nights are non-transferable)
• Minimum 3-night listing
• Price must be between AI fee cost (floor) and 80% of retail OTA rate (ceiling)
• Resort approval required (24-hour turnaround)
• Maximum 4 weeks listed per year (Connoisseur) or 2 weeks (Voyager)

Commission Structure

The resort takes a 15% commission on completed rentals. This covers:

• Payment processing and guest billing
• Guest vetting and communication
• Check-in coordination and bracelet issuance
• Quality assurance and dispute resolution

Listing Tips

• List at least 60 days before the dates for best visibility
• Price competitively — guests compare against OTA rates
• Holiday weeks and high season command premium pricing
• Include a personal note about why you love these dates
