For Members: Listing Your Weeks

1. Log in to the member portal
2. Select dates you want to make available
3. Set your price (minimum: AI fee cost; maximum: 80% of retail OTA rate)
4. Submit for approval — resort reviews within 24 hours
5. Once approved — listing goes live on the portal
6. When booked — you receive your rental payment minus 15% resort commission

For Guests: Booking Member Rates

1. Browse available member weeks on the portal
2. Select dates and room type
3. Book and pay through the official portal
4. Receive confirmation — same-day, all details included
5. Check in with your “Member Guest” bracelet

Member Guest Benefits

Guests who book through the rental portal receive:

• All-inclusive access (same as members)
• “Member Guest” bracelet with defined perks
• Access to most member amenities (not VIP areas)
