Step 2: Lock In Your Rates
Pay your initiation fee upfront or spread it over monthly payments. Your nightly rate is locked for the life of your membership — no surprise price increases on the nights you’ve already purchased.
Step 3: Book When You’re Ready
Log into the member portal or call Coco, our AI concierge. See real-time availability, pick your dates, and get confirmed in 60 seconds. No calling a reservation line, no waiting days for confirmation, no staff saying “that week isn’t available.”
Step 4: Pay Your All-Inclusive Fee
When you travel, you pay a per-person all-inclusive fee that covers meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment. The fee varies by tier — Connoisseur members pay the lowest rates. Kids under 4 are always free.
Step 5: Enjoy VIP Treatment
Members are recognized from the moment they arrive. Depending on your tier, you’ll enjoy priority check-in, à la carte dining, VIP pool and beach sections, premium drinks, spa discounts, and more.
Can’t use all your nights this year? Connoisseur members can roll over up to 50% of unused nights. Or list them on the Member Rental Portal and let someone else enjoy them while you earn credit.
