What is The Cove Club?

A prepaid-nights membership program. You buy a block of future nights at locked rates. When you’re ready to travel, you book through our portal or AI concierge, pay a per-person all-inclusive fee, and enjoy VIP benefits.

How is this different from a timeshare?

Traditional timeshares lock you into 30-year contracts, sell through high-pressure presentations, and make booking difficult. The Cove Club offers 5-10 year terms, transparent online enrollment, instant booking, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

What are all-inclusive fees?

When you travel, each person in your party pays a daily fee that covers all meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment during your stay. The rate depends on your tier — from $85/adult/night (Explorer) down to $55/adult/night (Ambassador).

What if I can’t travel one year?

Connoisseur members can roll over up to 50% of their annual night allotment to the following year. All members can also transfer or rent unused weeks through the Member Rental Portal.

Can I bring friends or family?

Yes. Voyager members can transfer up to 2 weeks/year, and Connoisseur members up to 4 weeks/year. Guests book through the official portal and receive Member Guest benefits.

What if I want to cancel?

Mexico law guarantees a 5-business-day cooling-off period with full refund. Beyond that, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after your first stay. After year 2 (Explorer) or year 3 (Voyager/Connoisseur), you can exit with forfeiture or pro-rata refund of unused nights.

Can the all-inclusive fees increase?

Fees are reviewed annually and may adjust with inflation. Any changes are communicated 90 days in advance. Your prepaid night rate never changes — only the AI fee may adjust.

How do I book?

Log into the member portal and select your dates from the real-time availability calendar. Or call Coco, our AI concierge, available 24/7 in English and Spanish. Confirmation takes 60 seconds.

Is there a sales presentation?

No. The Cove Club is enrolled through our website or by speaking with a membership advisor. There is no in-person sales presentation, no 90-minute pitch, and no pressure.
